Life on Tanera moves with the tide, the weather, and the seasons, rather than with shifts and rotas.
We look for people who want to build something rare with us.

Working on the Tanera Project means being part of a vibrant community of people caring for a remarkable collection of island and mainland places.
The work can be busy, hands-on and occasionally unpredictable. It calls for flexibility, collaboration and a practical approach to solving problems. In return, Tanera offers the chance to develop new skills, learn from others and contribute to places that are continually evolving.

We post openings regularly as the project expands. Check back in with us here, or sign up to our volunteering network to find other ways to get involved on Tanera.
